Subject to any governmental approval that may be required, Evil Egg Software reserves the right to, without prior notice and at any time, terminate Pocket Vault and any associated prizes on offer, in whole or in part, or modify Pocket Vault and/or its vaults in any way, should any factor interfere with its proper conduct as contemplated by these Official Rules. Each vault has a start date and expiry date, which varies between vaults. The vault sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion, to cancel the vault in its entirety, or only the online portion, if it becomes technically corrupted or because of non-authorized human intervention.

Eligibility. Entrants must be at least 18 years old to enter. Employees, officers, or directors of Evil Egg Software or the vault sponsor, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and their children, parents, spouse, and members of their household are ineligible to participate. No purchase or online entry necessary. Pocket Vault is open only to legal residents of the United Kingdom. A purchase does not enhance your chance of winning.

Effective date of entries. Entries made online via the downloadable apps will be effective at the date and time they are submitted. Entries submitted by mail will be effective on the date Evil Egg Software receives and processes the entry. All entries become the exclusive property of Evil Egg Software and will not be acknowledged or returned. You are responsible for your costs of entering, including online access charges, long distance telephone charges, and postage.

Selection of winners. Each vault may have a single winner. The first entry to be submitted with the correct code is the winner. Subsequent entries will not be accepted. Vaults are updated at regular intervals and removed from play once they become unavailable due a win, or due to expiry.

Notification of winners. Winners are notified immediately within the app. Postal entries will recieve notification of a win via the contact details provided.

Prize claims. Winners via the downloadable app must verify the win by entering the claim code that was sent via email to the email address associated with the Facebook account, used to sign in to Pocket Vault. A representative will be in touch to discuss sending your prize.

Odds of winning. The odds of winning varies between vaults and is based on the numeric range of each code segment.

In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email account.
